Last year we poked at the boys of the Albany County Road and Bridge crew for putting up a low sign in cow country. Later in the year I visited a member of the Albany County Road and Bridge at his cabin in the Medicine Bow National Forest. After giving me this look he shared some of his experiences as a member of the Albany County Road and Bridge Department including videos and photos. I listened.
Then he cooked me an excellent dinner (mostly cooked in Dutch ovens over a fire) and we enjoyed hours of conversation. The man makes damn fine Dutch oven taters and peach cobbler (not cooked together).
