Back 25 years ago the good folks at the University of Wyoming were doing a research study on Mountain Lions that required tracking wild Mountain Lions and putting collars on them.  They tried to do the tracking them themselves but had no luck.  Then they hired Great Scout to do the tracking.  He found them all they needed.  He used dogs to tree the cat, tranquilized it and stayed with it to make sure it woke up.  Note the space blanket on the cat to keep it warm during it’s drug induced nap.
