The Newkirk’s celebrating the road crew putting the Marshall Road sign back up after the post was broken. Instead of resetting the sign on a new long post they used the broken one which lowered the sign. Unfortunately no one responsible for road signs has ever been around cows, so the sign will only last only until the first cow finds it and uses it as a scratching post.
